Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to a holiday, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Book Price Variation

Book MRP Price are subject to change based on edition or new print by the Publishers. We will procure books based on orders from the Customer. During Procurement, if any price changes are made by Publishers, we will request customers to pay the difference amount. Further, the Customer has the right to cancel the order due to a Price change for the new edition.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

·       Standard Shipping: For Order Amount Re.1 to Rs.400, Shipping Charges will be Rs.45. For Orders Rs.401 to Rs.700, Shipping Charges will be Rs.65. For Orders above Rs.700, we provide Free Shipping to Customers.

·       International Shipping: Delivery times may vary, and rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. The email will include tracking information for you to monitor the status of your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during transit. Please check with your country's customs office for details.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact our support team immediately at wecanshopping@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
